Jose Luis Navarro
Originario de Gómez Palacio, Durango, el Chef José Luis Navarro ha construido su trayectoria explorando distintas expresiones de la gastronomía internacional. Su experiencia en cocinas italiana, francesa y mediterránea, combinada con sus raíces mexicanas, le ha permitido desarrollar un estilo culinario propio que hoy se refleja en la propuesta gastronómica de TKLA Grill & Cantina. Apasionado y comprometido con la evolución constante de su cocina, el Chef José Luis busca crear una experiencia que parta de la riqueza y tradición de la gastronomía mexicana, incorporando técnicas, ingredientes e influencias de diferentes cocinas del mundo.
El resultado es una propuesta que respeta nuestras raíces mientras se atreve a explorar nuevas combinaciones de sabores, texturas y presentaciones, creando una experiencia contemporánea alrededor de la mesa.
