Chef Fernando Gonzalez
Fernando es el Chef Ejecutivo de TKLA Grill & Cantina, donde lidera un equipo comprometido con ofrecer una experiencia gastronómica que honra los sabores de la cocina mexicana, combinando tradición, calidad y creatividad en cada platillo.
Originario de un pequeño pueblo de Puebla, México, llegó a Estados Unidos con el sueño de construir un mejor futuro para su familia. Su trayectoria comenzó desde la base de la cocina y, gracias a su disciplina, dedicación y deseo constante de aprender, fue creciendo profesionalmente hasta convertirse en el chef que hoy dirige la propuesta culinaria de TKLA.
