Chef Fernando Gonzalez
Born in Mexico City and trained across kitchens in Guadalajara and Los Angeles, Chef Fernando Gonzalez brings over 15 years of culinary mastery to every plate at TKLA. His roots in traditional Mexican cuisine run deep — shaped by generations of family recipes and an obsession with bold, honest flavor.
Fusing coastal Peruvian techniques with modern Latin American sensibility and the freshest California ingredients, Chef Marco crafts a menu that is at once familiar and surprising. His philosophy is simple: every dish should tell a story and make you want to come back for more.
